Desire to Delight

At Streamside’s Winter Blast 2018, 113 campers and their adult chaperons traveled through time with speakers, Glodi Konga and Craig Vincent, as they recreated real life conversations around the biblical principle in Psalm 37:4, “Delight yourself in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart.”  As we acted out these conversations, we took an honest look at our desires,”what we want most,”, defined what it meant to be “in the Lord,” and then learned that if we delight first, God will either endorse those desires or replace them with His desires. Announcing Winter Blast 2018 Concert!

Jason Lewis aka Humble Tip will be live in concert at Streamside’s 2018 Winter Blast.  Jason is a hip hop artist, senior recruiter for Liberty University and proprietor of the Beautiful Tomorrow Assemblies. First Pilot then Plow

After 2 years of asking and searching,  the Lord has provided Streamside with a 2007 Honda Pilot to replaced our retired mini-van.  This durable and flexible vehicle will be excellent for camp.  It will be used primarily for transporting teams and equipment for recruitment trips as we seek to partner with those who love the city to provide quality, life-changing Christian camping experiences.  We acquired this vehicle with the help of Mission Auto Connection.
