Streamside Summer Camp Registration Information
How to register your camper
- Read about "ways to save" below and complete a Summer Camp Registration form
- Complete the Health History & Parent/Camper Consent form
- Complete the Summer Food Service Program Income Eligibility Application (SFSP) form, which will be mailed to you when registration and deposit are received
- Pay the remaining balance at least two weeks before encampment
Ways to Save
We know money is tight and families are limited to where they spend it. That’s why Streamside wants to help and make camp available to more families. The ACTUAL cost for a week of camp is $249 per camper. We are trusting God to provide, through the generosity of donors, a $50 campership to each eligible camper.

Individual Camper Discounts

Early Bird*
Save $10
(as low as $249-50-10=$189)
Register in full BEFORE MAY 1ST and receive a $10 credit towards your balance.
Prison Ministry*
Save $90
(as low as $249-50-10-90=$99)
There is an additional $90 scholarship available for children with an incarcerated parent who meet one of the following criteria...
- Child served by Angel Tree program at previous Christmas
- Sibling in same household of child served by Angel Tree program at previous Christmas
- Parent in federal, state or local facility (parent name and facility must be provided)
Family Plan*
Additional Savings
To qualify, children must be siblings and reside in the same household. Discounts will be applied upon receiving registration forms and deposits for each child. Please send applications together.
- 1st child = full amount
- 2nd child = $15 off
- Each additional Child = $35 off
* Campership, Early Bird, Family Plan and Prison Ministry discounts cannot be combined with full-ride scholarships, such as the Madeline Moore Grant.

Group Discount

(as low as $249-50-50=$149)
Approved Christian ministries, churches and agency groups who send a minimum of five (5) campers can receive a $50 per camper discount. Contact us at (570) 629-1902 to find out if you qualify as a group.
BCM Bible Clubs
Save $30
(as low as $249-50-50-30=$119)
Children coming through BCM Bible Clubs receive an additional $30 bonus discount.
Prison Ministry
Save $90
(as low as $249-50-50-30-90=$29)

Eligibility for any available scholarships will be determined upon completion of the Summer Food Service Program Income Eligibility Application form.
