Pay the remaining balance at least two weeks before encampment

Complete ONE Registration form for EACH child attending Camp
There is a $10 late fee if Balance is not paid on time and a $20 charge for returned checks
Personal checks are accepted ONLY if received more than TWO WEEKS before coming to camp
Special Discounts
Early Bird*: To qualify, register BEFORE MAY 1ST and receive a $10.00 credit towards your balance for each encampment registered for.
Family Plan*: To qualify, children must be siblings and reside in the same household. Discounts will be applied upon receiving registration forms and deposits for each child. Please send applications together.
1st child = full amount
2nd child = $15 off
Each additional Child = $35 off
* Discounts cannot be applied toward Agency discounts or in addition to any other discounts offered by Streamside.
Scholarships
Eligibility for any available scholarships will be determined upon completion of the Summer Food Service Program Income Eligibility Application form.
