Our boating pond is a place where many different kinds of activities take place.
During summer camp, you never know what the next exciting race 
or pleasant boat ride will fill the air with sounds of joy!
Whether you want to 
actually get in a canoe 
or paddle boat...

...or peacefully sit in the gazebo or on the rocks
and watch the activity 
and the scenery....

...The pond is 
the place to be!!!

In 2002 we added a fountain which is an attractive and fun addition -  especially for those who like to get wet!

We have canoes and paddle boats for you to enjoy—that is, when there is no ice on the pond. In the winter time, when the ice gets thick enough, we'll clear off the snow so you can enjoy some skating! 3 canoeing.jpg (9398 bytes) Our namesake is a small stream that runs right through the middle of camp. The stream originates from up on the mountain. It enters camp by cascading down
into the pond, or going over a small waterfall.
