SLT Program Overview

The program consists of:

• One week of training
• Three weeks of instruction, service and bible study
• One week of service with some involvement in Teen Camp
• Inclusion in some special events, activities and outings
• An experience that will benefit you for a lifetime

There is NO cost to participate in the SLT program. This is a camper program, NOT a PAID staff position.

Each SLT camper will receive the following benefits:

• Invaluable servant leadership training
• Future training in multiple industries
• Snack shop credit per week
• Meals and housing on camp during each encampment, they will go home most weekends

To qualify for a position in the SLT program, you must …

• Be a Christian
• Be 14 to 17 years old
• Agree to whole-heartedly commit to and participate in all aspects of the SLT program
• Serve in the camp kitchen or with our maintenance team performing various jobs such as: dish washing, cleaning pots and pans, dining hall prep and clean up, grass cutting, grounds clean up, and assist with special projects.
