A Christian camping experience is very effective in impacting young lives as they are saturated in God’s Word, see godly lifestyles modeled before them, learn new skills and see God’s glory in a different way. The Streamside experience is more than just getting out of the city.  It is more than just having fun and teaching the Bible. One week of camp can make a profound impact on the lives of young people as they experience new things, make new friends, learn new skills and understand more of the character of God.

Fun

Streamside believes that summer camp should be a fun experience for camper! That is why each week includes, but is not limited to the following fun experiences:

  • And much, much more!

When a camper comes to Streamside, they are sure to leave with friendships, fun times, and life-long memories.

Safety

Streamside cares about the safety of your child! That’s why Streamside takes two weeks to diligently train its summer staff at the beginning of the summer on how to provide a safe enviroment for campers.

Learning

Camp includes many opportunities to get out and do things that are unfamiliar and challenging. In addition to stimulating group activities, campers will participate in skill electives of their choice from any of these tracts…

Special Discounts and Scholarships

Ways to Save
We know money is tight and families are limited to where they spend it. That’s why Streamside wants to help and make camp available to more families. The already reasonable price for a week of camp is $325 per camper. We are trusting God to provide, through the generosity of donors, additional cost savings through a $50 campership and $40 SFSP discount to each income eligible camper. You may also qualify for some of the additional discounts and scholarships offered.

Prison Ministry*

There is an additional $200 scholarship available for children with an incarcerated parent who meet one of the following criteria…

  1. Child served by Angel Tree program at previous Christmas
  2. Sibling in same household of child served by Angel Tree program at previous Christmas
  3. Parent in federal, state or local facility (parent name and facility must be provided)

Family Plan*

Additional Savings

To qualify, children must be siblings and reside in the same household. Discounts will be applied upon receiving registration forms and deposits for each child. Please send applications together.

  • 1st child = full amount
  • 2nd child = $15 off
  • Each additional Child = $35 off

* Campership, SFSP Discount, Early Bird, Family Plan and Prison Ministry discounts cannot be combined with full-ride scholarships, such as the Madeline Moore Grant.

Approved Christian ministries, churches and agency groups who send a minimum of five (5) campers can receive an additional $50 per camper discount. Must be able to send a chaperone with transportation to qualify. Contact us at (570) 629-1902 to inquire about the group discount.

Prison Ministry

BCM Bible Clubs

Children coming through BCM Bible Clubs receive a $25 discount on transportation.

Camp Registration

How to register your camper
  1. Complete ONE Registration form for EACH Child attending Camp using either the on-line registration link below OR print and mail or fax the pdf registration form.
  2. Non-refundable deposit and Bus Fee (if applicable) are due with this registration.
  3. Complete and mail or fax the Health History & Parent/Camper Consent form (pdf can be found below). Be sure to include signature and insurance information.
  4. Complete and mail or fax the Streamside Behavior Contract (pdf can be found below). Be sure to include in your registration or send to camp $10 – 20 to be used in camp snack shop as incentive for good behavior.
  5. More information about each camp or retreat will be sent to those who register after registration and deposit are received including Summer Food Service Program Income Eligibility Application (SFSP) for summer camp. Financial aid is only applied after the SFSP form is returned to Streamside.
  6. Pay the remaining balance at least two weeks before the encampment.
  7. Please note that there is a $10 late fee if balance is not paid on time and a $20 charge for returned checks.
