We want Real people who want to share their
Interests, Abilities and Faith with inner-city kids

Our primary goal is to present to our campers the Good News of Christ's love for them, and to disciple them as they grow in their relationship with the Lord.

Much of this process takes place informally as the campers are involved in various activities around camp including archery, horseback riding, canoeing, crafts, drama, choir, nature, backpacking and camping, sports and games, first-aid, swimming, Bible class, fishing, repelling or rock climbing....to name a few.

Many of our campers shoot an arrow, paddle a canoe, cook out, sleep out or climb Big Pocono Mountain for the first time in their life. (Some staff do too!)

But even more important than this, precious young people hear for the first time that God DOES love them. God DOES care for them, and He DOES have a life of meaning and purpose for them. Will YOU tell them?

But Streamside is not just a place for campers. More often than not, the Lord allows Streamside to become a place of intense growth, fulfillment, and life-long friendships for staff as well. You will very likely meet and minister side by side with many other believers literally from across the globe. We have had counselors and other staff members from...

Christian camping is without a doubt one of the most interesting, exciting, rewarding and downright difficult experiences imaginable and your interest in seeking the Lord's direction through this channel is a proof to us not only of your desire to be employed, but also your willingness to follow the Lord's direction wherever it may lead.

God may not be calling you to go to Asia, South America or Africa, but He may be calling you to eastern Pennsylvania to serve Him in reaching over 500 young people and children who represent unlimited potential. These young people need love, a Christian role model, and the Lord Jesus.
