Complete ONE Registration form for EACH Child attending Camp. |

Registration Fee and Bus Fee (if applicable) are due with this Registration. |

Personal checks are accepted ONLY if received by two weeks before camp. |

Drop Off and Pickup Information
Friday Evening:
|
Camp registration between 7:00-8:00pm. |

Campers traveling to camp on the Streamside bus must be at the BIBLE CLUB HOUSE, 6518 Lincoln Drive, Philadelphia, (215) 844-0555 by 4:30pm. |
Sunday Afternoon:
|
Plan to pick up your child from Streamside at 2:00pm. Campers not collected from camp by 2:30pm will be subject to a childcare fee of $5.00 for each additional hour or partial hour that each child is left in our care. |

The Streamside bus will return to the BIBLE CLUB HOUSE around 4:00pm. Campers not collected from the Club House by 4:30 pm will be subject to a childcare fee of $5.00 for each additional hour or partial hour that each child is left in our care. |
