As a ministry of BCM International, Streamside seeks to reach children through quality Christian camping programs geared to urban youth and strengthen churches by offering an affordable retreat facility with service-oriented staff. Streamside believes that those trusting in the Lord (Jeremiah 17:7-8) and delighting in His Word (Psalm 1:2-3), will survive, grow and prosper wherever they are planted.

Meet our Team
Craig came to Streamside and became a BCM missionary in 2010 after 26 years as an urban missionary in Cleveland, OH. Craig is an ordained minister and graduate of Fort Wayne Bible College where he studied Christian Education and Camping.
Associate Director of Operations
Matt came to Streamside in 1985 and has served in various roles including director. Matt is BCM missionary and attended Philadelphia College of the Bible. His current responsibilities include oversight of all operational aspects of camp.
Urban Outreach Program Director
James graduated from Delta State University with a Master’s in Community Development with an Emphasis on Sustainability. His primary focus is recruiting campers through ministry partnerships, planning and executing Streamside camps and retreats, and assembling and mobilizing staff and volunteer teams.
Head Counselor/Maintenance Director
Dave Brown has served at Streamside since 1989. During the summer, he heads up the counseling team and switches to maintenance during the off-season.
Office Manager/Camp Registar
Milca came to Streamside in 2010 having been the office manager for Timothy Academy in Philadelphia as well as a property manager. In addition to managing our office, her role includes registration of campers for all our events and communication with and coordination of our numerous retreat groups.
Our leadership is joined by a team of part time staff, interns and volunteers that serve in program, food service, housekeeping and maintenance throughout the year. We are pleased to involve our families in this ministry as well.
Each summer, our number grows significantly as we assemble a team of internationals, college students, interns and volunteers to serve our summer campers.
